The card payment takes about 30 to 60 seconds. The new balance is normally visible on the next tap-in within 2–5 minutes. In rare network-congested cases the credit may take up to one hour.

Which card networks do you accept? +

What are the minimum and maximum amounts? +

Minimum AED 5 and maximum AED 1,000 per transaction. Presets are offered for the most common values: 25, 50, 100, 200, 500. Custom amounts in between are accepted in increments of one fil.

Yes. The Salik wallet you top up here is debited at Online bill payment zones (no SMS needed) and at participating Digital services outlets — typically the cafés, kiosks and convenience stops at major Metro and Tram stations.

When something goes wrong

What happens if my Salik recharge is not credited? +

If the credit does not arrive within 24 hours after a successful card charge, write to info@a1skipshire.com with the order reference (begins with A1S-) and the masked card last four digits. We process a full refund per the refund policy.
