A1skipshire is a focused web desk for one task: salik recharge online over the Internet. Whether you top up mobile credit regularly, recharge a SIM card for a family member, or only need a quick internet package before travel, the form on this site is designed to take you from "I need to add credit" to "balance updated" in a single sitting.

The narrow scope on purpose

We made the deliberate choice not to be a generic mobile recharge portal. We do not sell physical SIM cards, we do not handle replacement claims, we do not manage operator accounts, and we do not process balance transfers. Each of those tasks is better handled by the operator app or a service centre. What we do handle, we handle in three predictable steps and in two languages — English and Arabic — so the experience feels short and deterministic.

How the site is structured

The home page acts as a service overview: it explains the four Salik card types, where the wallet is accepted (mobile calls, internet data, bill payments and digital services), and gives you a one-click entry to the recharge flow. The "How it works" page is a longer walk-through for the curious — it tells you exactly what happens between the moment you press Continue and the moment your Salik balance updates.

Card processing happens on a dedicated subdomain, checkout.a1skipshire.com. That keeps the main pages free of card forms, which is good for both your security posture and ours.

Who runs this desk

A1skipshire is run by A1skipshire FZ-LLC, registered at 29 16B St, Jumeirah, Jumeira First, Dubai. The desk is small, intentionally so. Honest limits

If you experience a charge but no balance update within 24 hours, write to info@a1skipshire.com with the order reference (it begins with A1S-). The refund policy describes the timeline. If your bank rejects the card, that is a bank-side decision; we do not see your card data and have no way to influence it.
