We do not collect full card numbers, expiry dates, CVV codes or biometric data. We do not run advertising tracking pixels.

3. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of contractual necessity (to execute your recharge order) and our legitimate interest in fraud prevention.

4. Data sharing

Your data is shared only with:

Payment gateway: to process the card transaction. The gateway is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
upstream operator API: to credit the Salik card — we send the Salik serial and amount only.
SMS provider: to deliver the order confirmation to your mobile.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law and GDPR (where applicable) you have the right to:

Request access to the data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Object to processing for legitimate interest purposes.
